Hi, I wanna start a meal prep business in Las Vegas and needed some general advice.
I have my own menu that I believe sets it apart from other meal prep.
I had/have plans of running it outa my home in the beginning, until I can afford a business space. I just don’t know where to go from here. How do I start? Do I need insurance? I just don’t know where to begin from the business aspects. Any and all advice is appreciated
Cottage food laws only cover non perishables. Things like jams, Butters, oatmeal, things like that. Basically anything that doesn’t need to be cooked.
So, I’ve looked into a bit. Not enough to know what I’m doing yet
