My ford fusion is having P0301 ERROR code

Hi, I recently bought an ford fusion out of 2003 and since today while I was driving home the car started shaking when stood still, after that my exhaust started making a weird noise.when pulling the car giving gass the tachometer is stuttering what could it be? (also flashing engine light appeared)
