I was wondering if anyone had mesh router / modem recommendations? Not very tech savvy and a bit confused on what I need. Moving into a new townhome that is 1500 sq ft. Will be me and my partner. We are looking into fiber gig plans. She was looking into the Orbi 850 series wifi 6 mesh system but wasn’t sure if this was it. She also said that we need a modem along with the mesh router.

Will appreciate any advice and recommendations! Is this all the hardware that we will be needing?
