Hi, I have 6600XT eGPU for general purposes, would R5 better choice in my case?

Or more cores would be better in my use case?

Looking at the specs and benchmarks, in my opinion R7 does not seem to justify its price difference if the user is not intended to use graphics performance.

I do not do hardcore gaming, here and there some single player games and some video editing done, so I am not chasing extra best performance or anything.

Which CPU would you recommend me?
