I love mine but I want to replace it because the battery is starting to degrade, I already had an issue with the SSD overheating and now the networking is starting to go. However the hinge assembly has essentially. disintegrated with the actual metal frame cracking. This means the frail display cable is probably going to get disintegrated.

I have upgraded it with the 2 NVME slots and the 1 2.5 inch slot. I want what replaces this to have at least an extra NVME slot or a 2.5 inch slot preferably both. I have a budget of about $ 1500 give or take but could maybe go slightly over.

My cousin who works at best buy says he can give me the hookup on some laptops they are trying to get rid of. He has these in stock that he can get me a discount on.
