So I got a laptop from my school that’s been working correctly up until today. I have been unable to access the internet in any capacity. I can connect to WiFi, but will not get any internet - bars will show sometimes, as it does when I connect to the Internet regularly, but I will still be unable to access any webpages, apps, etc. At the moment I have no internet whatsoever.

When I troubleshoot, I am suggested a networking reset (because they can’t diagnose my problem) which still does not work, and I have no idea why the computer has started to do this.

I thought it might’ve been overheating, so that’s why I tagged it hardware, but this has been happening for an entire day, with the laptop hot and cold. I haven’t dropped it or damaged it severely in any way
