I admit that I am not very savvy with computers but yesterday I switched out of S mode because I didn’t like not being able to download things not already “approved” by Microsoft. Once that happened I was able to download Macafee. I didn’t download anything else. Soon afterward I shut off my laptop for the day because I had to go to work. This morning is the first I’ve restarted it and it’s very different. Nearly everything that was on my computer and desktop is gone. Pictures, documents, ext. But luckily I saw all my photos in Gallery for some reason. But what worries me is that there are around five personal photos of people I don’t know.

Now it seems to want me to start over with “Microsoft Edge” and it’s giving me the option to “Sign in to sync data” or “Start without your data” I really don’t know what to do. Those five random personal photos make me paranoid my computer was hacked.
