I was driving around yesterday when I stopped at a red light and the engine stalled, I tried to start it back up but it just wouldn’t and had to wait 5 minutes before it worked again but now theres a knocking sound and the car is undrivable at this point as it will stall as soon as I come to a stop, the knocking is really loud and it increases as I accelerate. Any idea what it might be? Thanks

when the rpms dropped the oil light came on, but when I accelerated it turned off. oil level on the dipstick is fine
