im using 13600k (UV)/ windows 10
Hyperthreading on in bios; Threaded optimization off in nvidia control panel;
all cores enabled in bios;
yes bro,. im using mostly balanced powerplan ,.

(in some games, some time 1% lows and 0.1% lows very bad in balanced powerplan,. im not sure its always/or sometimes ,… its really hard to test for me,. but those edited power plan give solid results,.)
