Basically I had a microphone set up and working perfectly with Dragon on my windows 10 laptop. It worked on all apps, Dragon, Google docs etc. Now when I plug it in it isn’t recognised. I bought another one brand new and it doesn’t work. Works fine on my friends pc first time. I’ve tried all sorts and can’t get it working again.

I can’t seem to get control panel to recognise it either
