My kid wasn’t responding on his apple watch yesterday and when I looked under “Find My” on my iPhone it couldn’t update his/ the watches location. It said the last location was updated 50min ago. Over the next half hour it never updated until he got home. Is there a more robust option for location tracking?

I’m on Xfinity cellular and my kids watch is on Truphone.
