Quite confused here on what is happening. I bought two laptops

Acer Predator Helios 16 for $1080 tax in

Acer Predator Helios 16 Gaming Laptop | 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700HX | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 | 16" 2560 x 1600 165Hz G-SYNC Display | 16GB DDR5 | 1TB Gen 4 SSD | Killer Wi-Fi 6E | PH16-71-74UU

Asus M16 for $1521 tax in

ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 Gaming Laptop 2023 Newest, 16" QHD 240Hz Display, Intel Core i9 13900H, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070, 16GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB SSD, Backlit Keyboard, Windows 11 Home

I cannot seem to find answers to the question why is Asus is so much faster in real world applications. I did a PassMark benchmark test on them and the Acer pulled ahead in CPU and hard disk performance while the Asus beat it in graphical and memory performance but not by much. memory on acer was at 50th percentile, while asus was at 55th

Real world applications like opening 50 Chrome tabs at once from click to complete took only 14 seconds for the Asus while the Acer took over a minute and 45 seconds

Is this all due to the soldered memory or is there something else at play and what ram specification should I get to see the Acer perform relatively well? I would like to keep my hard earned cash going with the Acer but the performance on Asus is bonkers
