Hello everybody,

recently I unfortunately dropped my Steam Deck and damaged the right bumper a little bit.
It’s working OK for the most part but it is harder to press, feels a little bit squishy and has kind of a dead zone now.
I decided to open up my Steam Deck soon, see what is wrong and repair the bumper, but I am not sure what exactly I damaged.

Would it be OK to open it up, order the parts from iFixit which I need and leave it opened until the parts arrive? Or would that be bad for the internals?

I just want to make sure that I am not damaging anything inside.
