I just got mine in the mail yesterday so Im still learning things about it.

I put a few things to download and the screen keeps turning off and I have to press the power button to turn it back on. Are the games still being downloaded?

I even went to settings and under display I have DIM DISPLAY disabled, but it still turns off.
