From 2500K to 14600K. In what order to I update the motherboard BIOS?

So here’s my question. I’m upgrading my OOOLD setup… Or not upgrading, but building a new one.

My motherboard, the MSI Pro z790-A WiFi, AFAIK will require a BIOS upgrade to use the 14th gen processor. How?

Will it still boot into BIOS even with a 14th gen CPU, or will I absolutely have to use the BIOS flash button on the back?

CPU Cooling problems: Just like 95C is normal for Ryzen, 100C is normal for Intel CPUs in many workloads. If you’re worried about CPU temperatures, please look at reviews for the laptop or CPU cooler you’re using.
