2016 MB C300 won’t start first time

2016 C300. It usually takes 4/5 attempts of trying to start it up before it turns over. Every attempt it basically gains more power to start and I know it’s going to start once it bounces back. Battery voltage showing fine, starter fine, alternator fine. Where to start with basic mechanical knowledge ?
