Cyl2 misfire, changed plug, moved ignition coil, same issue.

2009 Camry, I had a cylinder 2 misfire. I changed all the plugs and I swapped cyl2 and cyl4’s ignition coil. Reset the system and ran the car. The cyl2 misfire came back. What should I try next, wires?
