Help Please ! Applications are Eating up Memory

I have a 8 GB Ram Laptop

50% of its memory is being by these applications, most of these applications i can see are windows applications, well there are few applications maybe 3 to 4 non-windows but they aren’t using that much memory
I use blender and csgo so i need the memory
I hope anyone can guide me how to deal with this problem
