When adding a case onto my steam deck oled I noticed a rattling noise, after some minor observation I noticed its the ABXY buttons causing it. Anyone else notice the rattling/loose buttons when shaking the deck? – 1TB model

Sorry to hear, getting a 100% QC handheld PC seems difficult these days. The rog ally had the SD card issue, my first steam deck non-oled had the power button be unresponsive not too long after I had it. This new oled version seems almost perfect besides the rattle on the ABXY buttons which very well might be normal, and I can hear a slight creak when I slightly push on the left of the backside of the case (opposite side where the left stick would be) – the creak might be also be expected since I know they added more space on the inside of the unit
