Hi all, I brought my 3060ti 8GB graphics card with me when I moved internationally recently. I want to build a PC around it by buying a pre-owned one and swapping the graphics cards in. I have two shortlisted that are the same price, but I can’t decide which is better value for my money. It’s too expensive to buy new components where I live so this is the most cost effective option for me.

I was hoping to get some advice from this community on which is a stronger choice.
