Found this rust on the outside of the drum brake while the First Service. The car is just 1 month old, is it a big concern?

Body Work. Questions related to dings, dents, accidents, paint and so forth DO NOT belong here. Take the car to an auto body repair shop who can give you a qualified estimate.
