2014 Corsa engine issues?

I have a 2014 Vauxhall Corsa, the engine management light comes on occasionally, the engine feels like it judders every now and again, when idling I can feel it like ‘pulsing’ and at night I can see the lights change brightness level on each pulse. And when I start the car it feels like it’s struggling more than is used to (only slightly) but when it does start, the rpm needle doesn’t move for a second or 2. Very weird

Money is tight at the moment, I know I should go to a garage but any help in the meantime is greatly appreciated :)
