I have a 2011 Subaru Legacy, I changed the instrument cluster panel on the car and then tried to start it after, the car won’t start, all the lights come on the engine cranks but won’t turn over. I changed the battery and starter still facing the same problem and I noticed that the anti theft system light stays on (the red car with the key symbol). Not sure what to do to fix the problem, any help would be appreciated.
