Why would the suggested app folder show things like Instagram and photos app at certain times. Like 9pm ish or 4pm ish.

How does the suggested app folder choose apps.

I’m curious about why these show up on my wife’s. Does saving memes or screenshoting open or use the photos app. Can the photos app be used to cheat?
