1991 F-150, ignition cylinder won't move.

Like the title says. I have a 91 f150, new to me. Went to start it and the key goes in but will not turn. I’ve tried turning the wheel to the left to take pressure off it in case the wheel lock is engaged.

But no matter what I do, I can’t get it to turn. I feel like I’m going to snap the steering wheel off if I turn any harder. Just isn’t working out for me.

Any advice?
