I ordered the 1TB Steam Deck Limited Edition on Nov 16. It is currently shipping and the expected delivery is Friday Dec 1. It just so happens that one of my neighbors in my building has his Steam Deck already and I had a chance to give it a try.

Beautiful device but that etched screen is just not something I think I could live with. I contacted Valve support about returning my order but I haven’t heard back yet.

My question is has anyone returned an unopened Steam Deck and what is the process? Can I just refuse the shipment when it arrives or do I need to do a RMA.
