I’m running through linux to begin with, and I don’t want windows on my deck…I have everything at least initially working correctly (all codes were directly copied into konsole from the microsoft site, spaces where they need to be, etc.) and I followed the instructions to a T that Microsoft has on their site. I can get Game Pass to load in game mode, (basically using Edge like the instructions said) controller and sound works, and then I’ll go to any game and start it…And it shows the little xbox rocket ship, then the Xbox logo splashes on screen with sound, and then it goes to a black screen. I do not have proton/experimental turned on for the app. After about 10 seconds of a black screen the game closes and says “retry” or nothing at all for a brief second and just goes back to the main game pass cloud select screen. Is there a setting I’m missing for Edge or something? I’m fairly tech savvy and this one’s eluding me. I tried it on all my other devices to make sure it wasn’t an Xbox issue and everything else works, iphone/ipad/PC etc no problem. Any ideas? If you need screen grabs or video examples I can provide them, too.
