I just got my Deck a few hours ago.

Didn’t do anything to it. Just took it out of the case and plugged in the charger it came with.

The LED blinked and then it turned off. I didn’t even pay any special attention to it as I didn’t even know what exactly it was supposed to do.

Left it charging for maybe 1 hour and then though to myself, hey it should be charged at least enough to turn on.

Pressed the power button and it’s not turning on. Tried holding it but nothing happens. No sound or any feedback at all.

Plugging it in again doesn’t even turn on the LED. The charger works on my phone. But my phone charge doesn’t seem to work on the Deck.

Any advice as to what else can be done?
