Hi guys, I’ve been searching for this tool for the past two days and I couldn’t find anything, maybe someone here could help me.
My friend has a geodetic firm and he asked me to help him organize his documents (pdf, doc…).
Some online storage to store files in categories like (Bank, employees, certificates etc.).
The main problem is that some of the files need renewal and they expire at a certain time (after 1 or 2 years), so I need to notify a few company employees that those files are going to expire before they do.
I though of google drive and calendar combo but I’m looking to see if there is some solution out there that has everything in one place. (Upload file and set its expiration date on the spot and add users (emails or something) that need to be notified)
This is a plus (not necessary):
If there is an app like Jira that already has this kind of functionality that would also be great but if not I’m fine using the tool that provides the functionality and then just link files in Jira tasks.

I tried monday.com, added a new doc and attached a file to it but i couldn’t find a way to setup notifications
