Recently on my mind, I’ve been thinking of buying a Steam Deck for Christmas. But before I do, I need to ask if the is OLED worth it. I don’t have an infinite supply of money, and I’m not sure if it would be better to buy a new OLED, or an older LCD model at a discounted price.

Also, is it a good idea to use it as a full PC Setup? Currently I’m using an Acer Windows 10 laptop (not even made for games), and I would like to know if it would be viable to use the Deck hooked up to the monitor as my main desktop.
