I would like to start working on building communities in different cities while still building my app so that it’s easier to launch when the time comes. I want to do this by finding marketing partners in various cities who can build these communities (in WhatsApp/telegram which will be used for running regular events which are similar to what my app will do, and an Instagram account) in these cities so that when I launch it there will be communities easy to promote to.
How feasible is it to offer compensation only when the app is launched (around 6 months from now) by giving the first month of each users app subscription to the marketing partner of that city?
I estimate that the time required to run and maintain these communities will be just 2 hours per week for each partner (in the form of replying to Whatsapp and Instagram messages/comments, promoting them and sending Instagram posts) which is about €100 per hour if 1000 users end up signing up from that city.

No, it makes sense to me. High pay to offset the risk just like with a cofounder. Do you want to say what you said is it’s not useful at all
