Looking for a doorbell that works with a SIM card due to the distance of the gate from the house as it is impractical to run a wire or try to extend WiFi.

I don’t need video, just to be able to talk to the person. I’m surprised I can’t find any products, something where you push the button and then it rings your preset number to which you can answer and speak two way.

Am I just searching the wrong words? The only thing I have found is this guy’s instructable, but I have no experience with Arduinos and wouldn’t know where to start.

Is there really no consumer products like this? Thanks in advance for any help.
