Found out too late that my last sensor was ripped/cut off, so I needed to get my rotors turned, new pads, and the sensor. I got that all done in like September so there shouldn’t be a lot of wear on my rear brake pads by now and I took a look and there’s plenty of pad left. What other reasons would cause the sensor to go off? I didn’t feel any difference of braking quality before and after the light came on, I was getting off a highway and onto another when it came on.

Is it possible I bought the wrong sensor and I bought a sensor for the front pads and it’s just bigger? Are they even different sensors? I’m actually at a loss.

I did it myself and I didn’t mess with anything other than the parts I listed.
