Hey everyone,

Just received my Steam Deck OLED yesterday. While I was getting it setup I pressed the B button a few times and thought, that feels weird, only to look and notice the button sticks to the shell sometimes.

I’ve opened up a support ticket (a few minutes after finding the issue), any idea how Valve handles these? I’m guessing I have to return it, wait for them to get it, then I’ll get sent a new one and the waiting game resets 😅

I’m curious how widespread this issue is (as my OG is fine), has this happened to anyone else?
