Car goes into limp mode every winter

Apologies if this is the wrong group to ask but I need help…

Every winter my car goes into limp mode when the temperature drops to freezing levels outside (around 0*°*C). Anybody I have asked has said it can’t be to do with the cold but the car is completely fine during the other 10 months of the year when it’s warm out and soon as it’s cold it happens. No other common denominators other than it’s freezing temps, I start driving and it goes into limp mode.

Any suggestions on what to check would be appreciated. It’s a 2016 Corsa, nothing fancy but nothing super old with about 40k miles on the clock.
