I got charged extra for wheel tracking as they said they need to adjust camber???

Hi, as you can see from the title, i was charged extra (£28) at the garage as they said camber needs adjusting too (on top of the wheel tracking of 4x wheels £72)

My car is Audi A3 - 2011

Is it normal for them to charge extra for the camber adjustment?
