Jokic scored 32 points with 15 assists and 10 rebounds in the 134-124 victory over the Rockets on Wednesday night.
As StatMuse detailed, after posting yet another triple-double in the win, Jokic has now posted three career 30-point triple-doubles in games where he had zero turnovers.
Per the stats site, no other player has done it more than once in the past 40 seasons.
Being a center makes it more wild, being Jokic makes it less. Meaning Jokic’s skillset is perfectly suited for this type of statlines, like you say, but a center being able to regularly get 10+ assists is unparallelled.
The usual mold for guys like this is more of an elite rebounding guard, or forward with elite guard skills (Bird and Lebron). We’ve never seen this skillset coming from a center before.
