Hi all!

I just bought an APC UPS (APC back-UPS Pro 1500) from eBay which came with two batteries.

I can’t get it to turn on with either battery. I tested one and it’s showing 10.6v, which makes me think it’s both an entire dead battery plus one very discharged.

The second is reading 25.4v which seems like a totally healthy number for 2x12v batteries. Unfortunately all the unit is doing is beeping rapidly before turning off, the screen doesn’t come on at all.

Anyone got any thoughts on what I can test/try? I’ve held the power button down, hit the circuit breaker reset on the back, still nothing…
