Link Speed = 1000/1000 (Mbps) but files transfer at 3MB/s

Hi

I am transferring files from my Windows Laptop to my Synology NAS.

Ethernet says link speed is 1000/1000(Mbps)

Files transfer very slowly.

Anything to check?

Check the cables for damages, or tight bends, that could cause a lot of packet loss.
