Hello, I’m seeking advice for an unfortunate event that occured yesterday. I spilled water on my desk(like a lot). And it landed on the power strip housing all my plugged devices and my pc as well. I immediately pulled the power strip off the wall (the pc was connected to it ). It was a mess , all my cables are soaked it’s like they took a bath, my pc had water go inside the motherboard ports , inside the PSU and my GPU has a backplate. All three places are very hard to reach with my hands. I opened my PC and took the GPU and PSU out, patted dry to the best of my abilities and used a hair dryer (cold setting) for the grooves on the PSU and the GPU backplate. Just in case I even took the cmos battery out off the motherboard. I’ve no Idea what to do next , I’m letting them air dry now and even put them in a room with air conditioning on (dehumidifier setting). What are my next steps now and how screwed am I ?
