Hello, I’m stuck at guardian management. It says “your contract upgrade is still pending guardian approval”…

If I click on view details it has an empty list of pending requests. If I cancel I get the same message.

If I go to guardian.loopring.io and connect it says I have to add them in the loopring wallet but it doesn’t let me do anything on there! I’m stuck on the same screen.

If I go to the wallet page and click on ethereum layer 1, I click on the eye and it returns “upgrading smart contract”, and the only button is I understand. I’ve also clicked on contract in settings -> current wallet, but I still get stuck on that screen. Is there anything I need to do?
