Hi friends

My agency that runs ads is going well to well i fear, i even use CRM platform for contacting with my clients.

Inspiration for creating agency came from my childhood friend who run really successful agency couple years ago and after he share some experiences i started thinking about creating agency with him but it didn’t worked out.

What i needed i had some dear friends that worked in same company with me and after some brainstorm i realised i need to start as my friend started ( friend from childhood ) he did the same way i did.

Now after some thinking i realised my job is unique and thats why my agency is growing so fast.

Friend i mentioned got huge money from his own agency but at some point he just burned out and now he started from new chapter.

I am afraid of being so and what do you recommend, problem is that those ads bo be run needs time cause most of clients are after crypto/gambling and me and my three friends work almost 24/7 even we have some people hired but cant let anyone do important job himself.

Just recommend how to avoid burning mind ? also interesting is that we started our own after august and those two or three moths where much difficult than years of working for someone.
