Don’t high-school kids attack and bullly each other?

Could someone please explain to me how is “being a grown up” equivalent to being cruel and refusing to show empathy?
Please, how is it a “grown up” thing to call people names, write personal attacks and show no empathy?

Also, how exactly do you call yourself a real Ted Lasso fan when you are openly attacking a stranger, and trying to humiliate them?

Moreover, how exactly can a Ted Lasso fan defend the logic that “if you don’t want to be verbally attacked, then you need to grow up. Only grown ups are writing personal attacks, name-calling, putting each other down.”
