I’m an independent music teacher and my business is growing at a rate that I’m ready to move to a scheduling software that takes care of booking, scheduling, and charging clients for me. My case is a little different since I offer sliding scale pricing so I’ve been unsuccessful in finding something that works.

As of right now, students are paying me via Venmo and Paypal and once I receive a payment notification, I manually schedule that in my Google calendar.

I’m not sure if a software exists with all of the following features, but ideally I’m looking for something that supports:

• Googe Calendar integration
• Pricing customization by client (and make it so other clients can’t see what others are being charged}
• Billing cycles that are monthly, weekly, in packages, etc.
• Automatic time zone and currency adjustments
• Ability to block out available/unavailable times
• Give clients the ability to book their own sessions
• *not required* Reminder emails/texts

I’ve looked at Acuity and my website is supported by Squarespace, but I haven’t really delved deep since I need so many features.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
