Ok so as someone with a 5 year degree in Architecture from the Philippines and handled multiple projects from small scale residential in the province to high rise condo towers in the city, that house is nowhere near USD50-60k. It is at best php 1m.

Yeah my friends and I thought that too. But there could also be the possibility that it really wasn’t $60k. I’m just damn sure that house is nowhere near 1/4 of that lol
