I recently moved and transferred service but can’t get connected at the new address. The modem is active and connected. I verified with the activity lights and by calling Comcast, but two different factory reset routers are unable to connect.

I’ve also plugged directly into the modem and can’t get internet. I’ve since replaced the modem, activated it with Comcast, and it is experiencing the same issue. Comcast is unable to help since it’s connected on their end.

    Thanks for helping out! Hopefully it helps someone in the future. Was a really weird issue and had me completely stumped.
