Hello everybody, wondering how you guys deal with fake reviews on google my business?

I am beyond 100% sure that a competitor is doing this. It’s happening repeatedly and we don’t have any of their details match our genuine customers.

My question is- do you report the reviews or report as well as reply both? Is it possible that google doesn’t remove the review because you have replied? I am planning to call them out on their fake shit.
