The show is based on following couples during the 90 day K1 visa period. This spinoff show:

doesn’t follow any engaged couples or recently married couples
Ed isn’t even with the girl he went on the 90 day show with in the first place. He’s an American with another American… so how does this qualify him to be on this show now?

90DF is an original TLC show about the K1 visa process. When an American and their foreign fiance want to marry and live in the US, they must apply for a K1 visa for the foreign fiance’s arrival. If they do not marry within 90 days, the visa is ended and the ex-fiance must return to their home country.
