if anyone is looking for an idea for an AI Startup: Writing Data Privacy Statements is a pain in the a## and it doesn’t stop there, you need to constantly think about it and update when adding functionality to your website, App or SaaS. Having a good AI assistant that does a survey with you, analyses your website and generates the Privacy Statement in multiple languages would be great. Think of it as an equivalent of CookieBot for Privacy Statements.

There are some generators, but I think these features could set a succesful startup apart:- automated website analysis (you might be missing something)- continuous monitoring (monthly revenue)- acting as data protection officer for the site- provide contact address (could be AI assisted)

A lot of Startups in the EU need professional support for data protection which is rather expensive and involves recurring costs. I think with AI technology you could undercut prices of “real” data protection service providers and address a huge market.

I have no interest in doing this myself or being involved. I’m sharing it here, because I’d love to see someone pick it up or at least roast the idea.
