Leaving vehicle for a month.

In January I will be leaving my vehicle in my underground condo parking garage for a month as I’ll be travelling. I live in Toronto, Canada so the garage will get a bit cold let’s say about 10 degrees celcius which is 50 degrees fahrenheit.

Do I really need to do anything to prep it? I’m thinking I don’t even need fuel stabilizer but you guys would know better than would.

It’s a 2010 Lexus RX-350 with 401,000 km (about 251,000 miles) on it.
